A Greysolon Ballroom wedding is a dream come true. The room is stunning already, but with Duluth Event Lighting it takes your wedding to a whole new level. Having your wedding ceremony in the space has become more and more popular so we offer to have the lighting be a soft white for the ceremony and then give you the option to change colors for the reception. Your wedding guests leave the ballroom and return to an entirely different room! Duluth Event Lighting starts with a ballroom package, but then gives you the option to expand the wedding lighting into the hallway and the Western Lounge (bar area). Other lighting options for this venue include pinspots, wedding monograms and glowing cocktail tables. The great thing about wedding lighting for Greysolon Ballroom is we offer everything from budget friendly to extravagant. This wedding venue has it all. Duluth Event lighting has a very close relationship with the staff at Greysolon and the entire Blackwood's group, including lighting their Father Daughter balls and all kinds of other Galas and Fundraisers held in Greysolon Ballroom. We post photos from every wedding and event at Greysolon Ballroom on our Facebook page. The website is for quick info gathering. If you really want to deep dive into more photos, below is a button link to our Facebook page. Each venue has a photo gallery per year. We should also note since we get asked so frequently, that when we take our photos it is usally around 11 or midnight, right before we take down. These photos are not how the room looks during dinner when the room's chandeliers are on. Each chandelier in the ballroom is on a dimmer and the Greysolon staff will adjust the chandeliers brightness as the night progresses. The chandeliers are about 65% during dinner, but very low or off once the dancefloor is the main focus for the rest of the night. Our lighting only looks beter and better as the night goes on.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - I must say... These guys are amazing. There were several things that made our wedding experience with them fantastic. It all started with communication. They were super diligent and tactical with follow ups prior to the big day so we knew exactly what we were going to have. The most important though was the lighting itself. Greysolon ballroom is a great venue to start with, but Duluth Event Lighting made the venue simply remarkable. The lights perfectly complemented the amazing architectural features of the venue. Duluth Event Lighting CRUSHED IT at our wedding! Ken is amazing and did up lighting in rose gold throughout the ballroom. It was the perfect compliment to our color scheme of soft rose gold, gold, and ivory tones and our vintage touches! We could not be happier with the way the lighting turned out 😍 Duluth Event Lighting was amazing to work with from start to finish. Ken is super creative, responsive, talented, and professional. He responded to our calls and emails right away, checked in as the Big Day got closer, and made the ballroom absolutely stunning for our wedding day.
