This new venue in Virginia, MN offers quite a nice space for meeting and weddings. The ballroom features 6,500 square feet of flexibleevent space. The ballroom can be split into 4 different 1,500 square foot individual sections. With seating capacities for up to 300 guests.

I was absolutely blown away by Duluth Event Lighting for our wedding reception at the Iron Trail Motors Event Center in Virginia, MN. Ken was amazing to work with and brought my romantic dusty blue vision to life!! He followed up multiple times to make sure we were on the same page for uplighting color, and even sent me two different proofs once the color was set because he thought it needed adjustment, and it turned out even more beautiful than I could’ve imagined. The lights elevated the entire atmosphere and the whole venue was so dreamy thanks to Ken and his team. I cannot thank or recommend them enough!!

Duluth Event Lighting was so easy to work with. They were very responsive to my emails and questions, they went in and set up at my venue the day before so it was ready to go when we decorated. The lights were absolutely beautiful and exactly what we were looking for.
